Role Overview People Concern Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Social Worker to join our compassionate team in delivering high-quality care within a remote hospice setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families, focusing on emotional and social needs.

Required Qualifications
