Job Description:

• Design and develop Solana programs using Rust with Anchor or native frameworks.
• Scale and maintain existing blockchain infrastructure, with a focus on Token-2022 and advanced token standards.
• Optimize program performance, including compute units, account sizing, and transaction packing.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
• Build comprehensive testing frameworks, including fuzz testing, and prepare systems for external security audits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade applications in Rust.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining Solana programs in production environments.
• Deep understanding of Solana's account model, rent mechanics, transaction limits, versioned transactions, and address lookup tables.
• Experience working with SPL Token Program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the Solana DeFi ecosystem.
• Experience integrating or working with cross-chain protocols such as Wormhole, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.
• Familiarity with Solidity and EVM-based ecosystems.
