SEMrush Setup & Monthly Reporting Specialist Fixed-Price Project |

Overview

We are a fast-growing hospitality and real estate company operating across Canada and Latin America. We are looking for an experienced SEMrush specialist to set up a complete SEO tracking and reporting infrastructure across 3 brands, and deliver structured monthly performance reports that our leadership team can act on immediately.

What You Will Do

Create and fully configure 3 SEMrush Projects (one per brand) Set up Site Audit, Position Tracking, On-Page SEO Checker, and Backlink Audit in each project Define and upload target keyword lists per brand (we will provide GSC access) Configure competitor tracking (3 competitors per brand) Build a custom PDF report template with: organic traffic, keyword rankings, site health, backlink profile, and competitor benchmarking Schedule automated monthly report delivery for each brand (Optional) Connect SEMrush data to Google Looker Studio for a live dashboard Deliver monthly reports with analysis, key highlights, and recommended actions Deliverables 3 fully configured SEMrush projects (setup phase) 1 master report template duplicated across all 3 brands Automated monthly report scheduling active Monthly PDF reports (1 per brand) with executive summary, KPIs, and action items Brief written commentary per report (what improved, what needs attention, what to do next)

Requirements

Proven experience with SEMrush (please share examples of reports or projects you have set up) Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical SEO, keyword tracking, backlinks, and competitive analysis Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights — not just raw numbers Experience with multi-brand or multi-location businesses is a strong plus Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics Google Looker Studio experience is a plus Excellent written English — reports go directly to senior leadership Engagement Model Phase 1 (Fixed Price): Full SEMrush setup across 3 brands — estimated 1 to 2 weeks Phase 2 (Monthly Retainer): Ongoing monthly reporting — 3 branded reports per month with commentary
