Within the central marketing function, the purpose of your role is to deepen the relationship with millions of our financial client's customers by using data to plan, manage, code, and deploy personal, relevant, and timely promotional, service and regulatory email communications. Responsibilities:Plan and execute email campaigns from campaign strategy and requirements through deployment - scheduled campaigns, automated triggers, Journey Builder and automated multi-touch campaigns.Build and edit email code and logic using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Content Builder and AMPscripting tools.Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email programs and content to the email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), acting as the "voice of the business".Lead and/or support cross-organizational projects as a subject matter expert for email channel, including but not limited to: template specifications, technical design, channel best practice, executional process and principles, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities.Qualifications:Expertise in Email channel marketing.Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: digital execution, marketing technology, digital marketing.Email service platform provider (ESP) and platform knowledge and experience (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Adobe Target, Simon Data, Segment CDP).Front-end HTML skills required, basic SQL skills.Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word skills required.Curious and intellectually honest.
