We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to design, build, test, and optimize scalable, data-driven email campaigns, templates, and automated customer journeys. This role operates at the intersection of marketing strategy, customer data, and technical execution — translating business requirements into high-performing lifecycle communications within SFMC. You will partner closely with Marketing, Data Automation, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, scalable, and performance-driven. This is a builder role with strong ownership over execution and campaign delivery. The Basics Location: Preference is to be by one of our offices in Swedesboro, NJ, Portland, ME or a remote option. Job Type: Full Time, permanent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Compensation: The target base pay range for this position is $90K-$105K base plus an annual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.
