Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

• Remote
• Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative features.
• Oversee and guide the development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration approaches.
• Maintain high code quality standards, optimize performance and scalability, and enforce Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data modeling principles, while leading scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer tasks.
