Sales Support Representative

WORK TYPE: Full-Time Remote LOCATION: United States HOURS: Standard business hours Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time COMPENSATION: The starting pay for this position is $17.50/hour - $21.00/hour The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting 8-10 Sales Pros in the timely and accurate order process from start to finish: including order entry, order follow-up, and following an order from processing through invoicing WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry. Research vendor issues and check availability of products. Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros. Managing sales reports for orders processed. Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS). Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments. Responsible for keeping open communication with vendors. Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers. Continuing education around knowledge of products. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Passion for working with multiple outside sales professionals at a time. Ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. The ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) across all organizational levels. Must be comfortable with conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner. Strong knowledge of our products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. Proficiency in SAP, QOE, CRM (Engage), order flow management, etc. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred. 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience. Team sports experience preferred.
