This organization is at the forefront of industrial automation, HMI, and IIoT solutions , helping manufacturers modernize operations through smarter, more connected technologies. Territory This role will cover the South Central U.S. , with a strong preference for candidates based in: Texas (ideal), Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Arkansas What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive business growth across a defined territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
• Work closely with OEMs, system integrators, and end users to deliver technical solutions
• Identify opportunities and develop tailored automation and IIoT solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to build and present technical and commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing account development
• Build and support a regional distribution network
• Stay current on automation trends, emerging technologies, and market activity
• Travel approximately 60% (primarily domestic)

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in

technical sales, applications engineering, or controls engineering

• Strong background in

PLC, HMI, robotics, or industrial automation systems

• Experience working with OEMs, integrators, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
