About the Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded Sales Automation Specialist to support luxury real estate sales teams in South Florida by improving lead management, CRM follow-up, client communication, and sales workflows through AI, automation, and structured operational thinking. This role combines sales operations, CRM management, workflow automation, and client-facing support. You’ll work closely with real estate agents and leadership to understand commercial needs, organize client information, identify workflow gaps, and help design practical solutions that make the sales process more efficient, accurate, and scalable. This is not a purely technical automation role. You’ll be working inside a real commercial operation, where technology is used to support client relationships, follow-up strategies, reporting, decision-making, and ultimately, sales outcomes. The goal is not just to automate tasks, but to improve how the team manages leads, communicates with clients, and moves qualified opportunities through the pipeline. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AI tools, CRM platforms, and workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, or similar platforms. They should also have exposure to sales, administrative operations, client support, business operations, or commercial teams, and be able to translate business needs into practical, organized, and effective workflows. What You’ll Do Manage and prioritize leads through the CRM, ensuring timely, accurate, and structured follow-up. Support client communication in English and Spanish through written channels when needed. Analyze CRM data, lead information, and sales workflows to identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Use AI tools to organize information, summarize client context, structure follow-ups, support reporting, and improve sales execution. Help design, build, test, and improve workflow automations across lead management, CRM follow-up, reporting, task tracking, and sales operations. Work with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, CRM platforms, Slack, or similar systems to support commercial workflows. Translate sales and operational needs into clear workflow logic, process improvements, or automation opportunities. Support the sales team by creating structure, visibility, and consistency across client journeys and pipeline activity. Coordinate property tours, meetings, schedules, and next steps with the sales team when needed. Document processes, workflows, automation logic, and key operational updates. Collaborate with real estate agents and leadership to ensure automation supports real client needs and commercial goals. Make sure no important detail is missed across high-value client interactions, CRM records, or sales workflows. What We’re Looking For Full professional fluency in English and Spanish. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM operations, workflow automation, business operations, client support, administrative operations, commercial analysis, or related roles. Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional, operational, commercial, or business process context. Experience or strong familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms. Experience working with CRM tools and understanding how lead management, follow-up, and sales pipelines operate. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into practical workflows, automations, process improvements, or structured solutions. Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sales teams, executives, and client-facing roles. A commercial mindset and interest in using technology to improve sales execution, client experience, and operational efficiency. Familiarity with data analysis, no-code/low-code tools, AI agents, Slack integrations, or CRM automations is highly valued. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, high-performance environment. Weekend availability required, with two weekdays off. What We Offer 100% remote work from Colombia. 40-hour work week. No cold calling required.
