Coordinates patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines. Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly. Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications.
