Indicative range: $70,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the business. The role combines analytical rigor with structured judgement — surfacing risks early and helping leadership make informed trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments across credit, operational, market, and compliance dimensions
• Build and maintain risk models, scoring frameworks, and dashboards
• Monitor key risk indicators and surface emerging risks to leadership
• Run scenario analysis and stress testing on portfolios or operations
• Document risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans
• Partner with audit, compliance, and operations teams on remediation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk analysis, internal audit, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Working knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, NIST, or equivalent)
• Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
• Familiarity with GRC platforms is a plus
• FRM, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
