This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience to our executive and VIP clientele. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee reservations with meticulous accuracy
• Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs in real time within a 24/7 operational environment
• Proactively monitor all trips to ensure flawless execution and on-time performance
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership
• Maintain detailed trip notes, client preferences, and service standards
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and last-minute requests

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or high-end logistics
• Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar
