Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Apple products, including Macs, iPhones, iPads, and more. Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions using our CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems. Stay up-to-date with Apple product knowledge and industry trends. Continuously improve technical skills through training and self-development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in technical support or customer service. Strong knowledge of Apple products and macOS/iOS operating systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
