Avaap is seeking a Workday Senior Consultant, FIN Core + Customer Accounts to join their team supporting a structured, accelerated implementation model. This role is designed for experienced consultants who will lead functional delivery and guide clients through validation, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FIN Core and Customer Accounts workstreams within Workday Financials implementations
• Guide clients through requirement validation and scope alignment
• Configure and deploy solutions within a structured delivery model
• Provide best practice recommendations aligned to Avaap’s baseline approach
• Support testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness
• Partner with cross-functional teams including integrations and data conversion

Skills

• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
• Experience in at least 3 full Workday implementations across: FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Banking, Customer Accounts
• Must be certified in Record to Report and Banking
• Experience with FDM and Contract to Cash strongly desired
• Strong understanding of financial business processes
• Experience working with government or higher education clients preferred
