• Internal investigations and corporate governance counseling
• Building and reviewing compliance programs, including supply chain investigations and audits
• Both criminal and civil litigation exposure across the docket

Skills

• 5-8 years of white collar, government investigations, or complex litigation experience
• Background spanning both criminal and civil work
• Comfort defending corporate clients in federal investigations
• D.C. bar or willingness to obtain
• Bonus points for any agriculture, food industry, or supply chain exposure
