Our client is a leader in digital wellness and is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Wellness Coach & Holistic Health Practitioner to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about guiding individuals towards optimal health and well-being through personalized, holistic approaches. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them set and achieve their health goals through evidence-based coaching techniques and a comprehensive understanding of mind-body wellness. The position requires a high degree of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive behavioral change in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive wellness assessments to understand clients' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health status. Developing personalized wellness and health action plans based on client goals, preferences, and needs. Providing one-on-one coaching sessions via video conferencing, phone, or secure messaging platforms. Educating clients on nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene, physical activity, and other wellness pillars. Empowering clients to identify and overcome obstacles to achieving their health goals. Monitoring client progress, providing ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement. Staying current with research and best practices in health coaching, holistic health, and behavioral science. Collaborating with other wellness professionals within the organization to offer integrated care. Maintaining confidential client records and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Creating and delivering engaging wellness content for clients and the wider community.

Qualifications

Certification from a recognized health and wellness coaching program (e.g., NBHWC) or a related degree in health science, nutrition, psychology, or a similar field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in health coaching, holistic wellness, or a related therapeutic practice. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing personalized health and wellness plans. Proficiency in conducting virtual client sessions and utilizing digital communication tools. Strong knowledge of nutritional science, exercise physiology, stress management techniques, and positive psychology. Excellent active listening, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients effectively in a remote setting. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a caseload independently. A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering individuals to take control of their well-being. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for remote work.
