Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a detail-focused web content specialist for a contract assignment based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will help move and organize marketing and product content into a WordPress website while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Transfer marketing copy, product information, and related website materials from source documents into a WordPress platform
• Apply consistent page formatting and content structure in line with established brand and publishing guidelines
• Review entries carefully to confirm content is complete, accurate, and free of formatting errors
• Manage a steady volume of repetitive updates while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations
• Track progress throughout assigned migration work and raise content gaps, inconsistencies, or issues as they arise
• Support website content migration activities across large sets of pages and product-related materials
• Perform light HTML adjustments when needed to preserve layout, readability, and presentation within the CMS

Skills

• Hands-on experience working in WordPress is required
• Proven ability to manage web content within a CMS environment
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality control
• Ability to interpret and apply formatting, content, and publishing guidelines precisely
• Comfortable working independently on deadline-driven, repetitive content tasks
• Prior experience with website content entry, migration projects, or comparable digital content work is preferred
• Familiarity with eCommerce or product-based content is a plus
• Basic HTML knowledge is beneficial for minor content formatting updates
