They are seeking a skilled volunteer to help build a strategic fundraising plan that supports immediate funding needs and long-term organizational growth, with a focus on developing clear goals and strategies for donor acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Help build a strategic fundraising plan that supports both immediate funding needs and long-term organizational growth
• Create a comprehensive fundraising roadmap for the next 6 months, 2 years, and 5 years that includes clear fundraising goals and revenue targets
• Develop fundraising channels and campaign timelines
• Create donor acquisition and donor retention strategies
• Provide recommendations for grants appropriate for organizations under $50K in annual revenue
• Develop a practical strategy for building a donor base from zero
• Guide on specific fundraising initiatives such as Library Book Kit sponsorships, Donate-a-Book campaigns, and Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) giving strategy
• Advise on growing the library partnership program
• Provide guidance on donation platforms, donor management systems, and affordable CRM tools
