In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with orders and technical concerns, and providing friendly support in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English
• Problem Solving: Assist customers with orders, technical concerns, and general inquiries
• Customer Experience: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction
• System Navigation: Use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions

Skills

• Bilingual Fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken)
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download)
• Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Quality headset with microphone
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO, call center, or SaaS preferred)
