They are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence in the healthcare benefits space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and expand relationships with brokers, consultants, advisors, employers, and healthcare decision makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple markets and client segments
• Develop strategic partnerships that support long term company growth
• Collaborate with leadership to introduce and position new service offerings
• Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and RFP responses
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify expansion opportunities
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and client meetings
• Partner closely with operations and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new business

Skills

• Seven or more years of healthcare business development, sales, or consulting experience
• Established relationships with brokers, benefits advisors, consultants, or healthcare purchasing decision makers
• Experience within biosimilars, specialty pharmacy, PBMs, pharmaceutical services, healthcare consulting, or related healthcare sectors
• Demonstrated success developing and closing strategic business opportunities
• Strong understanding of employer healthcare benefits and pharmacy cost management
• Experience managing multiple sales opportunities and client relationships simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
• Highly organized, self directed, and comfortable operating in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
