Base360.ai is the AI operating system for B2C brands, and they are seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and high-converting product and marketing experiences. The role involves designing features, creating marketing assets, and maintaining a design system while collaborating with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
• Build conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns
• Ensure a consistent visual language across all product modules and touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
• Maintain and expand our design system and component library

Skills

• Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Ability to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Experience in creating marketing assets including landing pages and product pages
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Experience in maintaining and expanding design systems and component libraries
• Strong communication skills to work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers
