They are seeking a UX Content Designer to lead content creation, collaborate with designers, and integrate content strategy into the design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design
• Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
• Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
• Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
• Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
• Support design process by integrating content strategy
• Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
• Present and explain content decisions to non-experts

Skills

• 2–4 years UX writing / UX content design experience
• Copywriting and editing expertise
• Digital content delivery experience
• Experience with Figma and/or Mural
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience working in regulated environments (legal, compliance, risk — e.g., healthcare, finance)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to advocate for users and promote design thinking
• Handles multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Adaptable and open to iterative work environments
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus
• Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals
• Passion for language, voice, tone, and grammar
• Bachelor's degree preferred (experience prioritized)
