The role involves leading UI/UX design activities, conducting user research, and collaborating with various teams to deliver intuitive web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities from research to final delivery
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across platforms

Skills

• 10+ years of UI/UX Design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Design Systems
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Experience working closely with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with top-tier MNCs in India
• Strong professional experience in the USA
• Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or technology solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading design teams
• Design System implementation experience
• Exposure to AI-powered applications and modern UX practices
