The role involves challenging language models on various linguistic topics and improving prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Tsugaru language, linguistics, or a closely related field
• Native-level fluency in Tsugaru language
• Deep, practical understanding of the dialect's nuances
• Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
