Maintain accurate dispatch records and generate performance reports. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in trucking dispatch or logistics management. Proven experience in managing dispatch operations and leading a dispatch team. In-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, freight hauling, and logistics software. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
