Job Description

A dynamic and leading law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking a motivated and a highly experienced attorney with 10+ years or experience to join its Litigation department in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting litigation matters as part of a nationally and internationally recognized practice.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar and will have at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending construction accident cases alleging violations of New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Admitted to the New York Bar Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending construction accident cases alleging violations of New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 Strong writing and analytical skills First-chair trial experience is a must!
