Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for organizing travel itineraries, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks also include communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, planning business and leisure travel, and ensuring all travel arrangements are cost-effective and meet client expectations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to clients' changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning itineraries, booking reservations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and address client inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Knowledge of Business Travel processes and practices to cater to corporate client needs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and technology tools is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote setting
• Prior experience in the travel industry or in a similar role is a plus
