This role is intended for professionals who already know how to successfully source, engage, submit, and place travel clinicians. Responsibilities

• Source and engage Travel Nurses and Allied clinicians nationwide
• Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through placement
• Submit qualified clinicians to active travel assignments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the placement process
• Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and submissions

Compensation

Structure This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. Recruiters manage their own recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and workflow. Recruiters earn commission on successful candidate placements with uncapped earning potential. • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a remote environment
