In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and group travel. Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for travel and helping others
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
