Position Overview We are hiring remote traders to trade U.S. financial markets including equities and options using firm capital. You will trade from anywhere with full access to professional-grade platforms, structured risk management, and a community of experienced traders to support your growth. • Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
• Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Familiarity with trading platforms is a bonus Position Details
• Independent contractor (1099) position with performance-driven compensation
• Earn 65–90% of profits generated — splits increase as you advance within the firm
• Initial capital allocation of up to $50,000, with a clear path to $500,000+
