• Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc account reconciliations and maintain related records
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and respond to month-end reporting requests
• Collaborate with banks to enhance information flow
• Assist with training and onboarding of new associates

Skills

• Experience in trade management and trade industry
• Understanding of fixed income product domains
• Experience with financial technology systems
• Knowledge of the trade back office life cycle and trade processing
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
