Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice
• Participate in consultation and supervision as appropriate

Qualifications

• Active professional license in good standing (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Commitment to gradually building a caseload toward full-time practice
