The Work You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow. • Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours

Preferred

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

Pay Range $75—$115 USD
