The role involves executing test cases and ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday-specific test cases across HR, Payroll, Finance, planning and related modules
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and document results
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard test management tools
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Provide daily status updates on test progress and outcomes

Skills

• Minimum 4 to 5 years experienced Test Analysts with Workday expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Finance and planning modules
• Proven background in test execution within Workday implementations
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QTest, ALM)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in large-scale Workday rollouts or upgrades
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
