This role involves facilitating communication with teams on business processes and understanding the impact of changes on workflows, as well as defining and reporting on KPIs with a focus on circuit design and data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating communication with teams around business processes
• Understanding how changes will impact their team and workflow
• Facilitating communication with technical individuals and C-suit personnel
• Helping teams and individuals define and report on KPI's

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• 2+ years of experience working within telecom
• Experience working with Jira
• Finance/billing project experience preferred
• Experience managing security projects preferred
• Salesforce
• Experience working on circuit design projects
• Experience working with data models, data reporting and data migration strategies
