• Navigating web based software workflows and documenting each process accurately
• Capturing and organizing screenshots where needed
• Working with product, support, operations, and technical stakeholders to confirm accuracy
• Translating technical platform processes into clear internal and user facing instructions
• Maintaining consistent formatting, terminology, and documentation structure
