They are seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage candidates for Product and Design roles, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates
• Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across evergreen or high priority roles
• Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind
• Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful
• Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve Zip's recruiting processes

Skills

• 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
• Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip's story and value prop to top talent
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
• Experience scaling recruiting in a high-growth startup
• Background in B2B SaaS and/or Fintech recruiting
• Previous experience managing both volume hiring and niche, senior-level searches
