Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Resourceful is a leading technology organization seeking a Technical Program Manager to support their corporate legal team. The role focuses on optimizing processes and deploying AI automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve core operating processes (intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, closure)
• Define and track operational KPIs and SLAs; build reporting to support visibility into team health
• Build and deploy AI agents, Copilot solutions, and automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
• Identify automation opportunities, translate needs into requirements, and drive solutions from design through deployment
• Apply Responsible AI principles; track adoption and effectiveness of deployed solutions
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders; facilitate program reviews and cross-functional working sessions

Skills

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or business operations
• Hands-on build experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps — actual production deployment required, not just familiarity
• Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure OpenAI)
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; bias for execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, AI-102 or similar)
• Experience in legal, compliance, or risk environments
• Large enterprise background
• Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
