Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for one or more core platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deeply understand technical needs and business context
• Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for foundational services and systems
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear product narratives and development plans
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and supportable from day one
• Define KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and efficiency
• Build alignment across stakeholders, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform vision

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 + yrs of experience in Product Management
• 3 + Years Healthcare industry experience
• Master's in healthcare or technology related field
• PO/PM Certification
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification
• Experience in Payment Integrity Solutions
