Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst
• Strong experience in the Mortgage Lending domain
• Good understanding of HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) products and related business processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for requirement management, defect tracking, and Agile project management
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
