Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft 365 and Intune. The role involves managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure access and collaboration efficiency for users and systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (users, licenses & access)
• Supporting identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Administering Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online services
• Assisting in the implementation of security measures such as MFA and access policies
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring proper system access
• Providing troubleshooting and user support for Microsoft 365 services
• Managing devices and basic endpoint policies through Microsoft Intune

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 or System Administration roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune
• Experience supporting Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint environments
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Very good command of Greek and English language
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a structured environment
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises AD & cloud synchronization)
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, AZ-104, or similar)
• Knowledge of the German language
