They are currently hiring a Systems Analyst with experience in healthcare payer systems and HL7 FHIR interoperability, responsible for translating regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions and supporting CMS interoperability programs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business/regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Assess current-state applications, integrations, and data flows against CMS-0057 interoperability compliance requirements, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies
• Design and document APIs, integrations, and data mappings (FHIR)
• Support CMS interoperability programs (PAS, CRD, DTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with developers using C#, Azure, REST APIs
• Work in Agile using Azure DevOps (ADO)

Skills

• 5+ years IT experience
• 3+ years in healthcare interoperability or payer systems
• Experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST APIs
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM)
• Experience with ADO and Git
• Healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, prior auth)
• CMS interoperability mandates (Payer-to-Payer, Member Access)
• SMART on FHIR / OAuth2
• Azure integration tools or FHIR servers
