TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing wealth management organization seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and secure its Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role will play a critical part in supporting the onboarding and integration of newly acquired firms, including user migrations, tenant consolidation efforts, and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Manage Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security platforms
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration activities
• Support onboarding and IT integration efforts for acquired firms
• Perform tenant migrations and data transfers utilizing tools such as BitTitan and ShareGate
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service in a fully online wealth management environment
• Collaborate with managed service partners and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable operations
• Assist with identity, endpoint, messaging, and access management initiatives
• Support continuous improvement of security posture and infrastructure standards
• Document procedures, configurations, and operational processes

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune
• Strong expertise with Exchange Online
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Defender Suite
• Experience managing security configurations, vulnerability remediation, and patch management
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise Microsoft platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party service providers
