Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel projects for an established AISC-certified structural steel fabricator. The role involves coordinating with detailers, managing project information flow, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and erectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with detailers and track drawing progress
• Manage RFIs and project information flow
• Schedule fabrication, delivery, and erection
• Handle jobsite issues and field coordination
• Price and negotiate change orders
• Track job costs and support closeout documentation
• Maintain strong client and erector relationships

Skills

• 8+ years PM experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Strong drawing/spec reading ability
• Experience delivering large-scale projects
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Remote (East Coast preferred – ideally within driving distance of DC)
