The Strategic Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing a portfolio of key accounts and documenting successful use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of Scale+ customers and their net revenue retention
• Work inside Jarvio alongside customers to get their operational work done
• Document every use case and build a library that makes it easy to transfer playbooks across accounts
• Track the happiness of every Scale+ customer and act before a problem becomes churn
• Feed what you learn back to the product and the team

Skills

• Deep Amazon expertise. You know listings, ads, inventory, and catalog work cold
• You are comfortable with AI tools like Jarvio and can train new users
• You communicate clearly with customers and with the internal team
• You're organized and turn messy customer work into a repeatable process
