The Strategic Account Manager I will manage a portfolio of strategic wholesale and industrial accounts, handling customer interactions, data analysis, and internal collaboration while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer orders, including volume and rate analysis
• Support data entry and account-related inquiries from Strategic Customers
• Learn to analyze customer usage trends and provide recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Billing) to support customer account activities
• Assist in preliminary invoice development and verification of transactions for assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports
• Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in Salesforce and other systems
• Provide basic support such as validating transactions related to Baseload, Swing, Inday, and Turnback orders for Strategic Customers while escalating complex issues

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service, data analysis, or financial operations in the natural gas industry
• Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and basic analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel occasionally
