[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with law firm accounts, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing law firm accounts, owning renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across your accounts — from paralegals to managing partners
  • Run strategic business reviews that go beyond usage dashboards to deliver real insights and uncover growth opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success to keep accounts healthy and intervene early when risk appears
  • Forecast accurately and keep Salesforce tight — leadership counts on your data to plan

Skills

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management or sales with a track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
  • A strategic, relationship-driven approach — you think in terms of account plans, not just transactions
  • Comfort navigating complex stakeholder maps and having commercial conversations at all levels
  • CRM fluency and a data-informed mindset
  • Bonus: experience working with law firms or in the legal tech space
