Responsibilities

• Involved in intake, processing, and interpreting integrated leaves and short-term disability claims
• Supporting carrier clients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Adapting quickly to changing client business needs while delivering best‑in‑class customer service

Skills

• 3+ years of integrated absence and STD claim handling experience
• Strong knowledge of disability claims management practices
• Experience in claim intake or a call/contact‑center setting
