Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade software applications and platforms
• Serve as a senior technical contributor across complex development initiatives
• Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to deliver scalable business solutions
• Drive architecture discussions, system improvements, and modernization efforts
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to software engineers across the organization
• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and development standards

Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong background in enterprise application development and integrations
• Experience working with backend or full-stack technologies

• Experience contributing to large-scale or distributed systems
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and business teams
