IT Associates is a Managed Services Provider seeking Technical Project Managers to lead large-scale cloud migration projects from on-prem data centers to AWS. The role involves owning delivery of workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful execution across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned migration workstreams aligned to timelines and migration waves
• Plan and coordinate execution across application and infrastructure teams
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers impacting delivery and drive resolution
• Ensure readiness for migration activities and support cutover execution
• Manage scope and changes at the workstream level, ensuring minimal impact to timelines
• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams to keep delivery on track
• Provide clear delivery updates and escalate risks as needed
• Partner with Program Control Analysts to maintain project plan /RAID accuracy and execution visibility

Skills

• 7–12 years of experience delivering technical projects (infrastructure, data center, or cloud)
• Experience with cloud migration or large-scale infrastructure programs
• Understanding of enterprise environments (VMs, networking, storage, virtualization)
• Experience coordinating across application and infrastructure teams
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with on‑prem to AWS/ Azure migration programs
• Experience in MSP / managed services environments
• PMP and cloud certification (AWS/ Azure)
